Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Club’s official website, website content, forms, newsletters and any online service that expressly links to these Terms. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safeguarding Policy and Accessibility Statement. Separate terms may apply to tickets, merchandise, memberships, trials, registrations, competitions, promotions, subscriptions or other transactions. Where specific transaction terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict.
Children and Young People
The website contains football content that may interest children and young people. A person under 18 should use interactive features with the knowledge and appropriate involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Automated extraction, data harvesting and scraping are prohibited where they burden the website, bypass controls, build an unauthorized player database or support commercial, deceptive or harmful activity.
Linking to the Website
You may link to the website’s public homepage or a public article in a fair and lawful manner, provided the link does not damage the Club’s reputation or falsely suggest association, approval, sponsorship or endorsement.
You must not frame or embed the website as part of another service, obscure ownership notices, link from unlawful or seriously offensive content, or use the Club badge as a link without written permission. We may withdraw linking permission where necessary to protect the Club, its players or its rights.
Acceptable Use

User Submissions
If the website permits you to send text, photographs, audio, video, comments, stories or other material (“User Content”), you confirm that the submission is lawful, accurate where it states facts, genuinely held where it states opinions, and does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, image, confidentiality or other rights. You retain ownership of your User Content. We are not required to publish submissions or continuously monitor all user content. Where legally permitted, we may disclose relevant information to rights holders, football authorities or statutory authorities when necessary to investigate a credible complaint or comply with law.
Reporting Unacceptable or Infringing Content

No fixture announcement, player profile, trial notice or partnership page by itself creates a contractual offer. A transaction becomes binding only through the process stated in its applicable terms and subject to any confirmation required by the Club.
Privacy, Cookies and Safeguarding
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information and how individuals may exercise applicable rights. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies used by the website.
Any concern involving a child or vulnerable person must be handled under the Safeguarding Policy. Do not use public comments, social media or general contact forms to publish allegations or confidential safeguarding information.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, the Club is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on general website content; third-party websites or services; unauthorized third-party activity; interruptions; malware not caused by our failure to exercise legally required care; or events beyond our reasonable control.
The Club does not exclude responsibility where loss results from its breach of a mandatory legal duty. Users remain responsible for confirming time-sensitive information and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Your Responsibility to the Club
You are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, deliberate infringement of another person’s rights, material breach of these Terms, malicious interference with the website or User Content that you had no right to submit. This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not make a user responsible for losses caused by the Club or matters outside the user’s reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The parties should first attempt to resolve a complaint through the Club’s published contact process. Subject to any mandatory right or valid agreed dispute process, disputes will be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
General Legal Provisions
If any provision is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or treated as deleted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay or failure by the Club to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. The Club may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, sale or transfer of the website or Club operations, provided this does not remove mandatory user rights.
These Terms and the policies and service-specific terms expressly incorporated into them form the entire agreement concerning use of the website. They do not replace written player, employment, sponsorship, partnership, ticketing or other contracts. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
